Marilyn Monroe Marijuana Smoking Video Surfaces After 50 Years.
The often-troubled actress appears happy and relaxed at a small gathering of friends that likely dates back to 1958 or 1959.
“I had it up in my attic all this time,” says the woman who shot the silent home movie and confirms that the “Some Like It Hot” star was smoking marijuana. The friend of Marilyn, who doesn’t want to be named publicly, said she regularly hung out with the starlet but doesn’t have a compelling reason for why it has taken her so long to part with the footage. “Home movies, that’s all it was,” she told NBCNewYork.com Tuesday. “It was never a big deal for me.”
New York-based collector Keya Morgan bought the film for $275,000 and plans to sell it in an auction at a later date.
“People have never seen her in such a relaxed pose,” he says of the sex symbol, who died of an overdose in 1962. Morgan, a collector of historical photos, manuscripts, autographs and documents, is also working on a documentary on the death of Monroe.

Actor Daniel Radcliffe was allegedly photographed smoking marijuana at a party in North London this month. The 20-year-old star was seen laughing uncontrollably during a get-together thrown by a friend of his on-off actress girlfriend Laura O’Toole.
Photographs have emerged of the former child star appearing dazed and confused after apparently smoking a “joint.” Onlookers say Daniel was so high he let a girl scribble all over his face. Wadia Tazi, a 26-year-old Londoner also present at the party, describes Radcliffe as completely out of his mind and behaving erratically during their encounter. Daniel even wondered around the apartment exclaiming: “I love weed,” if Wadia’s words are to be believed.
“He looked spaced out and didn’t look like he knew what was going on,” Wadia blabbed in Friday’s edition of The Mirror. “Daniel was laughing and seemed to find it funny. But he didn’t really look like he knew what was going on I was surprised by his behavior,” he added.
“Daniel looked spaced out and away with the fairies. He didn’t want us to recognize him. When I said he looked like that actor in Lord of the Rings [Elijah Wood], he got a bit funny and said, ‘No, that’s not me’. He looked pretty uncomfortable. I didn’t recognize him as he looked so different to what I expected from the films. When my friend told me who he was, I was shocked.”
The actor then made a swift exit from the party after one of his photographers spotted fellow partygoers snapping cell phone photos of Daniel’s escapades.
Wadia explained: “Laura was very protective. She said Daniel had a reputation to protect and couldn’t ruin it. I presume she meant by being seen smoking. I said I didn’t know what she was talking about. But almost immediately afterwards, she and Daniel left.”
But Daniel’s rep insists he’s not smoking what the paper says he’s smoking. In a statement Friday, Daniel’s camp said: “We categorically deny the allegations regarding Daniel Radcliffe published in today’s Daily Mirror. Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this. We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action in relation to such allegations.”

The new policy tells prosecutors to stop wasting their time going after those in compliance with the state law, specifically those providing or using medical marijuana.
The 3 page long memo urges the prosecutors in the 14 states allowing medical marijuana and to top officials at the FBI and Drug Enforcement Administration to go after marijuana cases that involve violence, the illegal use of firearms, selling pot to minors, money laundering or involvement in other crimes.
While the DEA and FBI may be upset about the new policy, medical marijuana advocates are excited that the Prez has kept his word on changing the policy.
Bruce Mirken of the Marijuana Policy Project says the change “moves the federal government dramatically toward respecting scientific and practical reality.”

Jon Gosselin reality star of the TLC reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8, has a 22-year-old girlfriend that likes guns and weed!
New girlfriend Hailey — the daughter of Kate Gosselin’s plastic surgeon — attended Indiana University for two years and was known around campus for her drunken antics and wild partying, according to former classmates.
The blonde was even pinched for marijuana possession in a campus drug bust in 2005. And the plot thickens — RadarOnline has unearthed a dozen images of an obviously impaired Hailey knocking back Tequila shots and wielding a BB gun to the heads of friends during a get-together in 2007.
“Hailey is one of the most wild women I’ve ever met and her partying lifestyle was a big reason that she only made it through the first two years of college,” according to one informant. “I’ve seen her smoke marijuana, snort cocaine, snort Xanax.”
A former high school frenemy insists Hailey won’t be joining MENSA anytime soon.
“You could say she was the mean girl of the school,” chuckles the blab, who asked not to be indentifed. “She always had a comment. But she was also the biggest ditz. I remember one time sitting in class with her, and she thought Martin Luther King was involved in the Holocaust!”

Hailey was arrested for marijuana “hopefully kush” possession while she was a student at Indiana University in 2005.
Glassman and five fellow students were arrested after campus police spotted them hanging out in a parking lot “passing a pipe back and forth, which is consistent with marijuana” at approximately 3:18 AM on October 2, 2005, university police spokesperson Jerry Minger told Us Weekly on Monday.
Glassman was charged with possession of marijuana after police said they found two plastic baggies in her handbag. The charges were eventually dismissed against after she attended a pre-trial diversion program and agreed to pay a $326 fine.
Jon Gosselin, a 32-year-old father of eight, took his relationship with the younger woman public after the two were photographed holding hands just before a meeting with designer Christian Audigier in the South of France over the weekend.
Hailey is the daughter of the plastic surgeon who performed a tummy tuck on Jon’s estranged wife, Kate, in 2006.
